Industrial Mechanic, State-certified Vocational College Certificate with a Specialism in Metal and Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering)

 

The training

As a student, you will complete both your training as an industrial mechanic and in parallel you will attend the industrial/technical vocational college for 3 years during the total study period of 6 ½ years. This stage of your training is followed by a 3 ½-year Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) study course at the University of Applied Sciences Offenburg.

Years 1-3 Training as an industrial mechanic and the state-certified vocational college certificate with a specialism in metal
Years 4-6 Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) study course,
8-weeks training in the areas Design, Production, Application Engineering during the university vacation period
